When you order 100 or more questionnaires, you will receive a free
Tabular Report as pdf file on CD.
This report includes:
- Executive summary (sample) describing student drug use, by grade
level, with comparisons to national data;
- For the 6-12th Grade Tabular Report, compilation of local information
on guns and violence at school, teen suicide, and risk/protective
factors (cross tabulated with drug use);
- Bar charts showing the percentage of students who use drugs
at each grade level;
- Bar charts covering important sections of the questionnaire;
- Comprehensive percentage tables for every item on the questionnaire.
- Individual school reports are included on CD.
- All tabular reports are provided as a pdf file on CD.

Multi-year Comparison Report $325 (Available
for Grades 4-6, Grades 6-2, Risk and Protective Factor, and Communities
that Care surveys)
For schools that have conducted the Pride Surveys Questionnaire
for two or more years. The Multi-Year Comparison Report uses color
charts to compare data from surveys conducted in your school system
over several years. These comparison charts include: individual
drugs and their use; frequency of use; use by grade level; use before
school, during school, after school, week nights and weekends; and
drug availability.
Multi-media Presentation, Grades
6-12 $275 (Available for
Grades 4-6, Grades 6-2, Risk and Protective Factor, and Communities
that Care surveys)
This PowerPoint-like presentation is the perfect tool for sharing
your data with school boards, parent groups, community coalitions,
the news media, and any other group. Showing the community that
you are taking a science-based approach to solving adolescent problems
is a great way to engender public support. Sample

Raw Data $375
(Available for all surveys)
Raw data is available in ASCII format on CD with record layouts
for those who wish to conduct additional analysis of their data.
You will need your own statistical analysis software, such as SPSS.
Data Mining $125 (Available
for all surveys)
Examine subgroups within your survey population. You determine the
variables. Example: Respondents who associate high risk with marijuana
use. This is ideal for sites that do not purchase Raw Data.
